The Kingdom

Origins & Location

The Tikar are a Central African ethnic group whose ancestral homeland lies in the Tikar Plain of Cameroon. Their migration story spans over 150-250 years from the Arabian Peninsula through Egypt and Sudan.

Royal Structure

Organized under the United Kingdoms of Tikar (UKT), the kingdom preserves territorial structure, royal traditions, and national symbols that connect the present to an unbroken chain of ancestral power.

Spiritual Traditions

Tikar ceremonies honor ancestral spirits through funerals, weddings, and initiation rites, maintaining spiritual continuity that stretches back centuries.
